We are looking for Stores-Incharge with 6-8 Industrial experience and below is the job description.
Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Monitor stock movements and perform regular stock audits.
Receive incoming materials, check for quantity and quality as per purchase order.
Coordinate with quality department for material inspection.
Store materials in designated areas using FIFO/LIFO or other inventory methods.
Ensure proper labeling and safe storage practices.
Issue materials to departments based on indents or job orders.
Record all issuances in the inventory system (manual or ERP).
Maintain records of receipts, issues, stock register, and ledgers.
Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, and stock reports.
