Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and initiate purchase requisitions.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Manage the storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and deterioration.
• Implement and maintain an inventory management system (ERP/SAP).
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and select reliable suppliers.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate with suppliers for favourable pricing and terms.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, issuing of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all store transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise and train store Staff/Manpower.
• Optimize store layout and space utilization for efficient operations.
• Prepare and manage the store(s) budget.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures in store operations.
• Monitor and analyse store expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures in the store.

• Inventory Management Expiry of Raw & Packaging Material
• GRN TAT
• ERP compliance
• Material Availability as per Daily / Weekly / Monthly & Yearly Basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor(s) degree in Supply Chain Management
• UG/PG/ MBA SC

Key Skills :-

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
