We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to fill the position of Store Incharge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Store Incharge will play a key role in maintaining high standards of store appearance, product quality, and customer service. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide guidance and support to staff members. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain a customer-friendly and organized store environment. Store Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store. Oversee maintenance tasks and address any issues promptly. Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions for repairs.
