Store In-charge

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible individual to take on the role of Store Incharge. As the Store Incharge, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will be crucial in upholding high standards of store appearance, product quality, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory by monitoring levels, conducting stock checks, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment. You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and supervising store staff, as well as scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Providing guidance and support to staff members will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will be expected to address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, as well as maintaining a customer-friendly and organized store environment. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store, overseeing maintenance tasks, and promptly addressing any issues that arise will also fall under your purview. Monitoring equipment and reporting any malfunctions for repairs will be essential.
