Job Description

Job Description: As a Store Manager, your role involves processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing and updating service reports regularly and tracking AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records for customers. Your duties will also include coordinating with service engineers for scheduling and follow-ups, overseeing spares in/out movement with Distribution Centers (DC), and maintaining and organizing related documents such as service reports, GRNs, and AMC records. Additionally, you will be required to keep vehicle maintenance and insurance records up to date, manage general store operations including inventory and stock, ensure stock levels are maintained, perform regular audits, and manage supplier and vendor relationships for timely deliveries. Supervising and guiding store staff to ensure smooth operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and store policies are also part of your responsibilities.
