Job Description – Service Engineer (Diesel Forklift Division) 30K To 35K

Position Title: Service Engineer – Diesel Forklift

Industry: Material Handling Equipment (Diesel Forklifts)

We are the authorized dealers for ACE Forklifts, Simson spares, and hand Truck Pallets We provide comprehensive sales, service, and parts support for all types of material handling and lifting equipment.

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. (Mechanical or Automobile Engineering)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in servicing diesel forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
• Freshers with ITI or DME qualifications may also apply(Conditions Apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for diesel forklifts.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical system faults.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown service calls at customer sites.
• Support warranty claims by submitting accurate service reports and failure analysis.
• Provide operator training on forklift usage, daily checks, and safety procedures.
• Maintain service logs, prepare reports, and update digital service records in the system.
• Coordinate with the parts department for timely availability of spares.
• Ensure compliance with OEM service standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to handle field service independently and communicate effectively with customers.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for service support.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
