Store In charge- Jewellery

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties
• Achieve sales targets and improve showroom performance
• Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and inventory control
• Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items
• Handle billing, cash management, and coordination with accounts
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain long-term relationships
• Coordinate with head office/management for reports and updates
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with showroom policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in jewellery showroom operations
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and jewellery billing
• Ability to manage inventory and sales reports
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Store Incharge: 1 year (Required)
