• Must have experience in garment export house
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, fabrics, and finished goods.
• Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.
• Ensure proper labeling and categorization for easy retrieval.
• Supervise and manage the daily store activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Develop and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Monitor the movement of goods to/from the store to minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the production, quality, and merchandising teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to track the delivery of goods.
• Maintain updated stock records in the inventory management system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, material usage, and shortages.
• Ensure all documentation complies with audit requirements.
• Lead and guide the store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct training sessions to improve store efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the store is compliant with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or mishandling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
