Role Overview: As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet production demands. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory checks, reordering products when necessary, and ensuring a well-supplied production environment. You will be responsible for efficiently processing internal orders, coordinating with relevant departments, and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain optimal stock levels - Conduct regular inventory checks - Reorder products as needed - Process internal orders efficiently - Coordinate with relevant sections for timely product availability - Verify the quality and quantity of new shipments - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store - Collaborate with team members for smooth operations and effective communication Qualifications Required: - Any graduate/Diploma holder - 5 to 10 years of experience - Basic administration skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for customer service - Preferably have FMCG experience Additional Details: The company provides food and a Provident Fund.
