Job Description – Store Incharge Location: Raipur (Urla / Kanhera Industrial Area) Department: Store & Inventory Management Position: Store Incharge Industry: Steel / Manufacturing (Preferred) Key Responsibilities Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, spares & finished goods Maintain accurate stock levels through daily updates in ERP / Manual Stock Registers Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) , material inspection entries & tagging Ensure FIFO / FEFO procedure for all materials Conduct monthly stock audits / cycle counts and reconcile differences Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production & Accounts teams Maintain proper documentation : PO, Challan, Gate Entry, Issue Slips, Returns etc. Monitor Minimum / Maximum stock levels , raise timely Indents for shortage Manage Store layout , housekeeping & safety standards Handle inward/outward logistics with transporters & security staff Track returnable materials and tools issued to departments Ensure material traceability with batch/heat number management (steel industry) Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Inventory Management & Material Handling Good command on ERP / Store Management Software Knowledge of spare parts, industrial items & steel raw materials Good communication, leadership & problem-solving skills Must ensure zero stock variance & cost control approach Qualification & Experience Graduate / Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain (preferred) 3–8 years store experience in manufacturing industry , especially steel sector Experience with ISO / BIS documentation will be an added advantage Work Conditions Rotational shift / Extended hours as per requirement Should be physically fit and disciplined Must follow plant safety rules & compliance Salary Negotiable based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
