🚗 ACCESSORIES EXECUTIVE / ACCESSORIES IN-CHARGEMain Objective: To manage and promote the sale of vehicle accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and display the range of genuine accessories in the showroom. Advise customers on suitable accessories during vehicle delivery or service. Coordinate with the sales and service team to promote accessory packages. Maintain stock records, reorder levels, and inventory reports. Ensure all accessories are properly billed and installed. Monitor accessory sales performance and achieve monthly targets. Liaise with suppliers for new arrivals, offers, and pricing updates. Ensure proper installation standards and timely delivery to customers. 📢 MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MARKETING OFFICERMain Objective: To promote the dealership’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and generate customer leads. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events (roadshows, test ride camps, mall activations, etc.). Handle digital marketing activities — social media posts, promotions, leads follow-up. Develop marketing materials like banners, posters, standees, and flyers. Coordinate with the sales team to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Manage online listings on platforms (Google, Justdial, social media, etc.). Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management. Build tie-ups with institutions, corporates, and colleges for bulk sales promotions. Support festive or seasonal campaign planning and execution.
