Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage all store activities including receiving, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw
materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counting, and systematic
inventory control. Ensure minimum stock variance.
Lead and supervise the store team to achieve daily operational targets. Train and guide
team members in best practices and ERP usage.
Operate and maintain inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/custom ERP).
Generate stock reports, consumption reports, and aging reports for review.
Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance teams for
timely material availability.
Ensure organized storage using proper stacking, labeling, and FIFO/LIFO methods.
Optimize space utilization within the warehouse. Oversee incoming goods inspection, GRN preparation, issue slips, and return
processes. Maintain accurate and auditable records.
Enforce compliance with 5S, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and company
store policies.
Drive process improvements for material movement, reduce wastage, and implement
lean inventory principles.

Requirements:

Preferably retired person as a consultant with full time.
From Manufacturing- Engineering background.
Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
15+ years of relevant experience in store and inventory management
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong leadership and communication skills
