Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Store Manager at our leading clothing and apparel company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations and driving operational excellence. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities will be instrumental in managing inventory, team performance, and processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day store functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence. - Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory through audits, cycle counts, and timely replenishment. - Supervise receiving, dispatch, and order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency. - Lead, train, and motivate store staff for maximum productivity and performance. - Ensure incoming and outgoing stock meets required quality standards. - Generate operational reports (stock audits, dispatch, utilization, etc.) for management review. - Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment as per company and legal guidelines. - Suggest and implement policies, digital tools, and efficiency-driven practices. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Store Manager / Store Supervisor in clothing, textiles, apparel, retail, or related industries. - Hands-on expertise in inventory management, audits, and ERP/WMS systems. - Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and digital store tools. - Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance practices. - MBA in Supply Chain / Operations Management or equivalent qualification. - Familiarity with ERP systems and prior experience in the clothing/apparel industry preferred.
