4. SCRAP GENERATION AND REDUCTION PLAN.
5. TRAINING OF ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING UNDER HIM
6. RAW MATERIAL PLANNING IN ADHERENCE
7. CAPACITY PLANNING.
8. INTER PLANT COMPONENT PLANING & ENSURE 100% PLAN V/S ACTUAL ADHERENCE
9. TIMELY DELIVERY OF COMPONENT TO OTHER PLANT.
