Job Description

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or ERP-based).
Ensure timely issuance and dispatch of materials to internal departments or external parties.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions when required.
Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the store premises.
Tag, label, and organize stock for easy identification and retrieval.
Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) as applicable to minimize waste or obso
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth supply chain operations.
Prepare and maintain reports related to stock levels, shortages, movements, and damages.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
