Job Description

Store Executive / Store Keeper

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and store construction raw materials like cement, steel, aggregates, plumbing & electrical materials, etc.
Maintain daily records of inward and outward material movement.
Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team for reordering to avoid stock-outs.
Use Excel and/or ERP tools to update inventory data and generate reports.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for material issuance as per site requirements.
Prepare MRN (Material Receipt Note), GIN (Goods Issue Note), and maintain physical & digital stock registers.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and ensure zero discrepancies.
Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/infrastructure companies handling building projects (high-rise preferred).
Strong knowledge of raw materials used in building construction.
Proficient in
MS Excel
, basic computer applications, and inventory/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site.
