Store Executive

As a Store Executive at our store located in Tidong, Himachal Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers to provide excellent in-store service. - Maintaining stock levels through regular inventory checks and coordination with warehouse/suppliers. - Organizing and maintaining store displays and product arrangements. - Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and adheres to company merchandising standards. - Processing transactions accurately using the POS system. - Supporting promotional campaigns and identifying upselling opportunities. - Monitoring product expiry dates, reporting damaged or missing goods. - Preparing daily sales reports and assisting with stock audits. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards. - Assisting with staff training and supervision as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in retail or store operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset. - Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) software. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift hours.
