Store Executive

Role Overview: As a Store Executive in the Chemical Industry, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management and operations of the warehouse. You will ensure the smooth handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods while coordinating inventory control, storage, and distribution in compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: - Maintain and manage the inventory of chemicals and other warehouse materials. - Regularly check stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items. - Implement efficient inventory control systems such as FIFO and LIFO. - Safety & Compliance: - Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling. - Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards like OSHA and ISO. - Handle hazardous materials with care, ensuring proper labeling and storage. - Coordination: - Collaborate with suppliers and transportation companies to guarantee timely shipments. - Work closely with procurement and production departments to align inventory levels with demand. - Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse transactions. - Ensure proper documentation for chemical storage, including safety data sheets (SDS) and shipment tracking. - Warehouse Operations: - Supervise the loading and unloading of goods. - Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space and material handling. - Manage warehouse staff to meet productivity targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics. - Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the chemical industry. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for chemical handling. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.,
