Store Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for independently managing store functions, including receipts, issues, packing, transportation, handling documentation, and coordination with other relevant functions within the organization. Your main focus will be on ensuring timely packing and dispatches, efficient material handling and storage, handling labor, and providing accurate reporting to HOD and other senior colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Independently managing store functions such as receipts, issues, packing, transportation, and documentation - Coordinating with other relevant functions within the organization - Ensuring timely packing and dispatches - Efficient material handling and storage - Handling labor effectively - Providing accurate and timely reporting to HOD and other senior colleagues Qualifications Required: - Graduation, preferably with a Diploma in Engineering - Additional qualifications in Material Management - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling Engineering projects stores in an executive capacity Additional Details: The incumbent should have a detailed understanding of store processes, documentation, working on ERP systems, insurance rules, concepts of ISO 9001:2015 as applicable to store functions, and safety in store functions including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
