Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
2. Issue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requisitions.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems.
4. Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials.
6. Monitor stock levels and inform procurement for replenishment.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area.
8. Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering).
2. Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling processes.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP/Tally or equivalent).
4. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
