Store Executive - Hospital

Department : Purchase & Store Executive

Experience : 2 to 3 Years ( Preferably Male & Hospital Experience is Mandatory)

Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical and non-medical supplies
• Maintain accurate stock levels using FIFO/LIFO methods
• Organize and label items systematically in designated storage areas
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely disposal or return of expired items
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

Documentation & Compliance

• Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update inventory software
• Maintain records of inward/outward movement of goods
• Ensure documentation complies with hospital policies and NABH standards
• Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and quality indicators

Operational Efficiency

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of store areas
• Track idle or slow-moving inventory and report to supervisors
• Assist in scrap disposal and maintain related documentation
• Participate in quarterly stock verification across sub-stores and central stores
