About The Opportunity

Join a growing retail team as a Retail Store Executive responsible for frontline sales, store presentation, and operational accuracy. This role is ideal for hands-on retail professionals who thrive in customer-facing environments and want to contribute to store performance and customer loyalty.Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-store customer service: welcome customers, identify needs, recommend products, and close sales to meet store targets.
• Operate POS systems and process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately; perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Manage inventory activities: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish shelves, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure visual merchandising and planogram compliance to maintain attractive, sales-driven store displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally; escalate complex issues to store leadership.
• Support loss-prevention measures and store audits; report discrepancies and maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have (Skills & Qualifications)

• Proven experience in a retail store or customer-facing sales role
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
• Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining planogram standards
• Basic numeracy and ability to perform accurate reconciliations
• Availability to work on-site with flexible shift timings, including weekends and holidays
  

Preferred

• Experience with retail ERP or IMS platforms (e.g., SAP Retail, Tally, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and stock analysis
• Previous exposure to loss-prevention programs or internal audit support
