Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for efficient management of hospital inventory including medical consumables, pharmaceuticals (if applicable), surgical items, and general supplies. The role ensures timely availability of materials, proper documentation, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/HMIS or manual registers Issue materials to departments as per authorized requisitions Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Track expiry dates and prevent stock obsolescence Coordinate with clinical departments, OT, pharmacy, and vendors Maintain documentation as per NABH / JCI / hospital policies Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area Handle returns, replacements, and non-moving or damaged items Required Qualifications: HSC/ BA/BSC Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी, फ्रेशर Benefits: पेमेंट वाली छुट्टियाँ प्रॉविडेंट फ़ंड बीमार होने पर ली गई छुट्टियों का पेमेंट Work Location: In person
