Store Executive (Female Only)

Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet every customer warmly and ensure a positive store experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products confidently.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
• Assist in billing, packaging, and ensuring smooth checkout.
• Manage customer feedback and escalate concerns to the ASM when required.

Store Operations

• Support in daily store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling at the POS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and replenishment.
• Assist with inward and outward stock movement as per SOPs.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Visual Merchandising & Product Knowledge

• Maintain product displays and follow brand VM guidelines.
• Stay updated with product features, new launches, and ongoing promotions.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with the team.

Teamwork & Conduct

• Work closely with the Store Manager/ASM and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold brand values, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
• Be punctual, responsible, and proactive during shift hours.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience (fashion, lifestyle, or electronics preferred).
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS operations, Excel familiarity is a plus).
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as per mall timings.

• Store upkeep & compliance to SOPs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
