Role Overview

We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Store Executives who can manage inventory with accuracy, support fast order fulfillment, and ensure smooth operations under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, verify, record, and store implants & instruments with zero errors.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for surgeries within strict timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure items are in good condition, and within expiry dates.
• Stock Returns & Audits: Track hospital returns, reconcile stock, and assist with audits.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Delivery Team, Scrub Techs, and Accounts Team for seamless execution.
• Reporting: Maintain daily records of stock movements and generate reports when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Storekeeping / Warehouse / Inventory Management (healthcare industry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Inventory Software).
• Team player with a positive, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
