Store Executive: 0-2 years’ Experience

Job Description
· Logistics, warehousing and transport duties
· Receiving, Storage, safe custody and issue of stores against internal demands.
· Follow up of Purchase orders for in time delivery
· Receipt and pre receipt check of all received items and documents as per PO
· Creation Gods Receipt Note (GRN) for all clear receipted items
· Allotting locations and keeping all the received goods in the dedicated locations
· Maintenance and Cleanliness of the storage area
· Issue of the goods/materials against the internal requirements
· Periodical stock checks as per SOP
· Strong communication skills
· Proficiency in MS office (Word and xl)
· Coordination among the company departments for smooth functioning of the organization
· Filing and maintenance of all completed records to the file concerned for future audit
· Liaison and management of transportation processes
· Inventory control
· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time with respect to the company operations.
