Job Description

Oversee store operations, including supervising floor staff and handling customer inquiries or complaints
Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies and merchandise as needed, and conduct regular stock checks
Ensure proper product display and store layout for maximum customer engagement
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost in-store sales and customer retention
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all regular maintenance tasks are completed
Hire, train, and supervise store staff while conducting regular performance evaluations
Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges
Analyze sales and stock data to make informed decisions and improvements
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations
