Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive / Assistant at St. Thomas Hospital Chethipuzha in Kottayam. The Store Executive / Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, handling logistics, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Inventory Management and Procurement skills
• Experience in Logistics and Coordination with suppliers
• Record-keeping and Documentation skills
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Medical Supplies is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to hospital guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
