Store Executive (5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, hardware, and packing items.
• Issue materials to production teams as per daily requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock registers (manual and/or software).
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits and generate reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Manage physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data.
• Implement and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methods.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Executive / Storekeeper in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / inventory software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead and work with store staff.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
