Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, hardware, and packing items. Issue materials to production teams as per daily requirements. Maintain accurate stock registers (manual and/or software). Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits and generate reports. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials. Manage physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data. Implement and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methods. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Executive / Storekeeper in manufacturing or related industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Oversee invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliation of bank statements. Track accounts payable and receivable; coordinate with vendors and customers. Prepare and monitor budgets, cost control, and cash flow statements. Administrative Management Supervise office administration, including vendor management, office supplies, and maintenance. Manage employee records, attendance, payroll processing, and HR compliance. Handle internal and external communication, documentation, and reporting. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. Coordination and Reporting Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government bodies as needed. Work closely with other departments to support business operations and planning.
