Store & Dispatch Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch activities, and coordination with vendors & suppliers. Your strong knowledge of store practices, stock handling methods, and ERP systems like SAP will be crucial in ensuring smooth and timely operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory control with accuracy and conduct regular stock audits. - Handle order processing and ensure timely dispatch of materials/products. - Oversee material management, including receipts, storage, and issuance. - Maintain proper data management and documentation (GRN, MRN, Delivery Challan, Invoices, etc.). - Coordinate with vendors & suppliers for timely material availability and dispatch planning. - Implement and monitor stock handling techniques like FIFO & LIFO. - Ensure proper record-keeping and reporting through SAP/ERP systems. - Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs. - Support logistics and dispatch team for smooth operations and timely deliveries. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in store management and inventory control. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and data. - Knowledge of stock handling techniques like FIFO & LIFO is preferred.,
