About the company: Our client is a part of Ananta Agro Foods & Beverages, is a bakery & dessert outlet operating in Odisha, with branches in Puri (including inside the Holiday Resort) and Bhubaneswar (mall outlets) Working mode: Work from office only, Office location is P S Plaza, 532/1026 Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar Odisha 751 010 Company-Bakers’ Boutique Role-Full time Salary-10 K/ Per month + Sales incentives + Food & Ride Expense Shift timings: Morning-9 AM to 6a PM Evening shift 2-10 PM/3-11 PM Weekly 1 day off( any 1 day in a week) Job description: 1. Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders 2. Weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments. 3. Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly. 4. Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display. 5. Day-to-day sales & purchase report to be updated. 6. Cleaning the store floor, refrigerator and store display shelves after business hour and preparing it for the next day. 7. Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Baker. 8. Training and grooming of newly joined employee.
