Store Assistant

Full description

• 3–4 years of experience managing or working in luxury home décor, fashion, or

luxury brand stores

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to engage high-end clients and close sales through relationship

building and personalized service

• A passion for design, luxury, and client experience
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Gurgaon-based, with full-time availability for an on-site role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center
• Deliver a premium client experience, from first interaction to closing the sale
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and walk-in clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to ensure excellence in customer service
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects the brand’s luxury

positioning

• Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business and referrals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,017.92 per month
