Store Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and material handling. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of store/warehouse management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the production and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records accurately.
• Handle inward & outward material movement with proper documentation.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and quality teams for material requirements.
• Issue raw materials, tools, and spare parts to departments as per requisition.
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock registers, and issue slips.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions to avoid shortages.
• Ensure store area is well-organized and complies with safety and 5S standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Store Management / Supply Chain / Any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP / MS Excel / Store software is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
