Store Assistant

Role Overview: As a dynamic and customer-focused Electrical Retail Sales Associate, you will represent the brand by engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products to enhance their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Warmly greet customers and help them locate merchandise - Offer knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor with well-stocked and visually appealing displays - Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and promptly address customer inquiries Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are valued - Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays - Basic numeracy skills for transactions and stock management - Proactive approach to learning about new products and store offerings Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in Hindi is preferred, and previous experience as an Electrical Store Keeper for at least 1 year is advantageous. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 21/07/2025.
