Store Assistant

As a Store Executive supporting MRO operations, your role will involve managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of aircraft components and consumables. This includes handling avionics, wheels, brakes, and related parts while ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and record incoming aircraft spares, tools, and consumables. - Store and maintain components with proper identification, tagging, and preservation. - Issue parts, tools, and materials to engineers/technicians against approved requests. - Monitor shelf life, calibration, and certification status of components and tools. - Maintain accurate stock levels and records in our inventory systems. - Conduct regular cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliations. - Coordinate with procurement, planning, and production teams for material availability. - Ensure compliance with DGCA/EASA and company-specific standards. - Uphold housekeeping, safety, and quality standards within the stores. Minimum Requirements: - Any Degree/Diploma (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Aviation preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in aviation stores/MRO environment will be an advantage. - Knowledge of aircraft components (avionics, wheels, brakes, consumables, tools). - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. - Proficiency in ERP/Inventory management systems is a plus. - Attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work in a team environment. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company requires the candidate to be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana before starting work. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the specified location.
