Store Assistant

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies as per purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts in the store management system.
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Issue raw materials and packaging materials to the production team based on approved material requisitions.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials to maintain safety and easy accessibility.
• Monitor daily stock levels and report low stock items to the store in-charge for timely replenishment.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile variances with system records.
• Coordinate with the purchase department, production department, and vendors for smooth material flow.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch items, prepare packing lists, and support loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices for material handling.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining logbooks, delivery challans, stock registers, and material movement reports.
• Operate material handling equipment like pallet trolleys or forklifts (if trained/authorized).
• Support store audits and provide required documents or data when needed.
• Report any material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store in-charge promptly.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
