Store and Procurement Executive ( Real Estate - Dombivali)

You will be located at our project Marathon Nexworld, Dombivali. The unique thing about this project is that we do not have a Purchase department. The onsite store guys are the Purchase executives as well. You will be the one taking quotes from different vendors for all the materials as per site engineers requirement, making a comparison, finalising the orders and making the POs as well.  

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 Years hands on experience of working on construction site as a store person.
• Computer knowledge of basic softwares like Excel, Email etc.
• Good communication skills

Role & responsibilities

• Material Handling i.e. Unloading, Stacking, disposal of material scrap etc.
• Taking quotes from vendors, making comparisons, negotiations with vendors  and making final PO's for all the material orders.
• Storage & Stacking of different Materials, for smooth accessibility & to achieve the targeted schedule of works.
• Checking of all documents when material is received for signature/seal/quantity etc.
• Check all documents for incoming, outgoing materials and maintaining it.
• Record Maintaining- Updated Materials Stock Record, Inward & Outward Records, Materials Issue Slips, Material Consumption records, Maintaining Machinery records, Dept. labour records etc.
• Making GRN, issue & Transfer in ERP system to maintain inventory on the system
• Co-ordination with Technical Team on Project for Material requirements etc.
• All types of ledger book ,Monthly Stock Statement
• Periodical physical stock verification
• Monitoring the Wastage of materials, if any for minimizing the wastage of materials.
• Co-ordination with Materials Suppliers for as per the delivery schedule.
