What you’ll do

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and enhance customer knowledge.
• Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies that highlight promotions and drive sales.
• Manage inventory through stocking and organization, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
• Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining accurate records of cash handling activities.
• Train and mentor team members on phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and retail math to boost overall performance.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising retail teams or similar environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in grocery store settings or retail sales environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Knowledge of merchandising best practices to enhance product visibility.
