Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Storage Administrator

with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in

enterprise storage solutions

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with

NetApp, EMC, or Pure Storage

systems,

NFS troubleshooting

, mount issues, and related technologies. This role involves working in a

24x7 production environment

, providing end-user support, and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for storage and related services in a 24x7 production environment.
Manage and troubleshoot NetApp, EMC, and Pure Storage systems.
Resolve issues related to NFS, mounts, access, and backup.
Perform data cleanup (copy/move/delete), disk permission changes, disk ownership/group access modifications.
Handle data backup and archival activities as needed.
Monitor, respond to alerts, and escalate issues where necessary.
Prepare and maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and evolve storage infrastructure.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
Ensure storage and data protection solutions are available, secure, and reliable.

Required Skills & Expertise

5+ years of experience in storage administration.
Strong knowledge of NetApp, EMC, Pure Storage solutions.
Proficiency in NFS troubleshooting, mount issues, and related technologies.
Experience supporting mission-critical storage and data protection solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.
Comfortable working in rotational/permanent shifts.
