Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Maintain and update sales reports, lead status, and follow-up details. Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers. Conduct product presentations and explain service features to clients. Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth service delivery. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications:Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply depending on position). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under target-driven environments. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
