The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our trading and investment services, and providing ongoing support to help clients make informed decisions in the stock market. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Generate leads and convert them into clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking. Sales and Promotion: Promote a range of financial products and services, such as equity, derivatives, and other investment options. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing their queries. Client Support: Assist clients with account opening procedures, trading platform usage, and general investment-related questions. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to be eligible for performance-based incentives. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest stock market trends, news, and insights to provide relevant information to clients. Compliance: Ensure all activities and client interactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduation preferred. Skills: Strong interest or a basic understanding of the stock market and trading. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, etc.). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience: Prior experience in sales or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
