Role Overview: Compliance Coordinator

As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be at the front lines of financial integrity — investigating frauds, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that every case meets legal and procedural standards.

From fake investment schemes to unauthorized trading apps — you'll help victims seek justice and keep the system clean.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand and document their fraud-related issues

Collect, validate, and manage all relevant case documentation and evidence

Prepare professional reports and formal correspondence for legal and regulatory use

Coordinate directly with compliance teams at SEBI, RBI, and Cyber Crime divisions

Ensure cases follow legal, ethical, and procedural compliance protocols

Assist senior investigators and legal teams in resolving cases swiftly and efficiently

Who Should Apply?

Education:

MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (Accounts & Finance) / LLB (Compliance or Financial Law preferred)

✔️ Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of stock market operations and financial frauds

Excellent communication in both English and Hindi (written & spoken)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills

High ethical standards and a passion for regulatory compliance and justice

 Bonus Points:

Experience in trading platforms, risk/compliance, or regulatory liaison

Familiarity with SEBI/RBI compliance protocols
