Job Description

Stock Manager

Responsibility:

Manage and track all stock transactions (inward, outward, interdepartment).
Physically handle and verify diamond parcels (loose and studded).
Maintain up-to-date records of stock in Excel and/or inventory software.
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and secure storage of stock.
Reconcile stock on a regular basis and report discrepancies immediately.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, QC, and Production departments for stock movement.
Generate stock reports as required by management.

Desired Skills :

Minimum 1+ years of experience in stock management within a diamond company.
Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling highvalue inventory.
Should have good references from a previous employer in the diamond industry.
Should have a basic understanding of diamond types, assortments, and classifications.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
