Stock Manager

As a Stock Manager at Swayamvara NXT in Calicut, a leading retail brand, your role involves overseeing and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock availability while maintaining efficient stock management processes. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, replenishing stock, tracking product movement, conducting stock audits, organizing stock storage, generating reports, implementing stock rotation systems, supporting customer service, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage stock levels to maintain optimal stock availability. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. - Maintain accurate records of product movement for real-time inventory tracking. - Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy. - Organize stock storage in a safe and accessible manner. - Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies. - Implement stock rotation systems like FIFO. - Support customer service by managing stock availability. - Collaborate with retail team, sales staff, and store managers. - Ensure compliance with stock management policies and safety regulations. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in stock management or inventory control. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with stock management software and retail operations. - Basic knowledge of inventory management systems. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. - Problem-solving skills to resolve stock-related issues promptly. - Physical stamina to lift and organize stock. - High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in supply chain management is a plus.
