Stock Manager

As a Stock Manager at Swayamvara NXT in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the inventory to ensure optimal stock availability and efficient stock management processes. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, stock replenishment, product tracking, stock audits, storage & organization, reporting, stock rotation, customer service support, team collaboration, and compliance with safety regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, liaising with suppliers for timely replenishment, tracking product movement accurately, conducting regular stock audits, ensuring proper storage and organization of stock, generating reports on stock levels and movements, implementing stock rotation systems, supporting customer service, collaborating with the retail team, and ensuring compliance with store policies. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in stock management or inventory control, preferably in a retail setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in stock management software, and effective communication skills are essential. Problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for stock handling, and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required. A degree in supply chain management or related field would be advantageous.
