Job Description

TESTQ TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is looking for STIBO MDM Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform, focusing on data integration, governance, and workflow automation. Build and maintain data models, hierarchies, workflows, and validation rules to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. Integrate STEP MDM with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms via APIs, ETL, and middleware solutions. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to gather MDM requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Implement and optimize data onboarding processes, data enrichment, and matching/merging logic for product, customer, or supplier domains. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data - related issues in production and test environments. Maintain documentation for data models, processes, and configuration standards. Participate in data governance activities and support compliance with data privacy and security regulations
