Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas Wash, clean, and sanitize all utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment Assist in kitchen mise-en-place and basic preparation tasks as needed Support the service team in setting up and clearing dining areas Handle waste disposal and ensure garbage is segregated and disposed of properly Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel and local health regulations Restock kitchen supplies and service areas when required Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with team members and guests Requirements: Prior experience as a steward or in a similar role in hospitality preferred Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a kitchen environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,624.79 - ₹12,204.14 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
