Steward

Role Overview: As a Senior Steward, your main responsibility will be cleaning and setting tables, welcoming guests, serving water, delivering menus, and up-selling food and beverage items. You will also be in charge of making drinks at the bar, taking inventory of crockery and cutlery, and ensuring maximum table utilization during peak hours. Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning and setting tables, and placing seasonal table accompaniments - Welcoming guests, seating them, and serving them water - Delivering menus and keeping them clean - Up-selling food and beverage items - Making drinks at the bar - Taking inventory of crockery and cutlery for effective management Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Hotel Management - 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry - Pre-opening restaurant experience would be an added advantage - Must meet the age limit for serving alcohol in Delhi - Friendly, polite, and courteous nature - Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet - Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays - Strong communication and organizational skills Note: Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and other responsibilities may change as per business requirements and company policies.
