Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward based in Gurugram. The Steward will be responsible for assisting in food and beverage service, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, coordinating with the kitchen team, and adhering to company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to attend to guest needs and deliver a high-quality dining experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage preparation and service standards
• Experience in Food Service operations and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to undergo Training to continuously improve skills and align with company standards
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
